Question: Can I buy aircraft on CD? Answer: We can produce aircraft on CD. Please contact us for details.

Question: How does the Flight 1 purchasing system work? Answer: Download the installer for the relevant aircraft from that aircraft's page. When you have downloaded the installer, run the file. A screen will pop up requesting your payment information. Enter all of your details and click the button marked "Click to Purchase". You will be provided with a key file that will allow you to reinstall the file without re-purchasing. The installer for the aircraft will then run.

Question: Will your aircraft be compatible with FSX? Answer: Until FSX is released it is impossible to say whether the aircraft will be fully compatible. It seems likely that they will be, however if any modifications are required, we will produce a patch.
